I founded Inspired Leaders’ Academy in 2007 to provide a proprietary curriculum for subject matter experts seeking to deepen their influence and impact in the world.

After fifteen years in business, I know that to succeed, an entrepreneur must lead with a thought leader message that agitates and disrupts the status quo, while also inspiring to ensure change occurs. Clients commission me to extract that message, then cogently and powerfully craft it into a business that influences from any platform.

Years of expertise in marketing, writing, coaching, training, speaking, adult learning/ brain-based learning strategies, and instructional design affords me comprehensive understanding of communication and businesses that work.

I earned my Bachelors of Science in Advertising and Marketing from the Fashion Institute of Technology and worked in the creative departments of two advertising agencies in Manhattan before moving to Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous to become the editor of the show’s companion guide for five years. After a life-changing event altered my future plans, I was certified in 2001 as a coach through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching. Since then, I have assisted executives and entrepreneurs across the globe in influential communication, and has spoken and trained for such organizations as Children’s Place; Roche; American Standard; Pace University; St. John’s University; the Entrepreneur Organization; Young Presidents Organization (YPO); many chapters of the International Coach Federation and NAWBO, to name a few. I am currently installed on the Leadership Development Council at Seton Hall University and am an adjunct professor there as well, teaching thought leadership.

It is my passionate mission is to challenge the status quo, stamp out mediocrity and develop world-class entrepreneurial leaders who do the same, with powerful messages, powerfully delivered!
