Impactful Partnering in
Problem-Solving, Goal-Achievement & Ideation

Take this opportunity to talk to me about your own needs on a free 20- to 50-minute Discovery Call.

1. During this call, you tell me what you are looking to achieve:

  1. Problem-Solving. You want to move through a stubborn professional obstacle and/or make a decision that has been elusive because of over-thinking, too many cooks in the kitchen, lack of cooperation from others, conflicting internal intentions.

  2. Goal-Achievement: You're looking to achieve a professional or personal goal that you've been procrastinating on or otherwise lagging behind with--or one that is brand new. You want structure and a measurable process with do-able metrics. Examples: Preparing for promotion or a new job, Growing a new business initiative, Balancing personal and work time, Starting/Completing a writing project--or any other project.

  3. Ideation: You want to start something new but your thinking is fractured, erratic (you go from one idea to another without deciding) or unwieldy. You need a process that eliminates unworkable ideas, sparks the right ones, then prioritizes the final concept.

2. I ask many questions.

3. After listening keenly, I tell you if I'm the right fit, and ask qualifying questions to determine if we will partner well together.

4. If we're a good team, I offer, in clear terms, the probable "arc" we will take to accomplish your needs, estimated number of sessions and provide a customized fee.

Bio

I was certified as a professional coach in 2001 through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching, Hightstown, NJ, accredited through the International Coach Federation.
I coached executives (presidents and vice presidents) in various industries for many years before transitioning to a training/consultancy business for entrepreneurs, in which I helped pre-launch business owners ideate, strategize, develop their products, market and sell.
The single tool used was Socratic Questioning. It takes great skill and experience to know what questions to ask to achieve results.
Whether one is looking to spark a new idea, solve a problem, make a hard decision or achieve a goal, there is simply no process more incisive and effective than a series of well-crafted and choreographed questioning.
I am currently available for executive coaching on a limited basis. I'd love to speak with you.
